If you’re feeling behind, try one small, kind step: choose one tiny task that feels doable and give yourself permission to stop after that. Notice what you accomplished, not what’s left. 🩵

Feeling like everyone expects you to already know what to do with your life is exhausting. Between school, work, relationships, and the pressure to “have a plan,” it’s normal to feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you’re becoming.

We help young adults navigate transitions, clarify values, build healthy relationships, and set boundaries. Therapy is a place to slow down, try small experiments, and find the next right step for you, not someone else’s timeline.

Cleveland winters can take a real toll due to the shorter days, less sunlight, and long stretches of gray, which can impact mood, energy, and motivation.

Small supports like movement, connection, and therapy can help you feel more grounded through the season.

We’re here when you need a little extra support.

OCD is more than “just anxiety.” It can mean intrusive thoughts that won’t shut off, rituals that feel impossible to resist, and constant mental exhaustion.

Grace is now trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard approach for OCD treatment. She is excited to support clients who are ready to break free from the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.

Specialized OCD care is hard to find in the Cleveland area, but you don’t have to keep searching.

So many teens feel like they have to stay quiet. They’re afraid of not being believed, of making it worse, or of losing someone they care about, even when it hurts.

That’s why Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month matters.

When we name the problem, we make space for healing. When we share resources, we remind teens they’re not alone. When we listen without judgment, we become part of the solution.

You don’t have to be a therapist to help, just someone who’s willing to listen.

Meet Sarah ✨

Sarah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor Endorsement who takes an integrative approach to counseling and believes in meeting people where they are. She hopes to help people hold space for the messiness of life, and approaches therapy with compassion, empathy, and humor (because sometimes we need a good laugh).

When she’s not in session, you’ll likely find her crocheting, hiking the Metroparks, or exploring National Parks with her family. 🌲🧶

Belonging isn’t just a feeling. It’s a foundation for mental well-being. 🤍

Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 runs from February 9–15, and this year’s theme, “This is My Place,” encourages us to think about how we create spaces where every child feels included.

Whether you're a caregiver, educator, or community member, we all have a role in helping kids feel safe, valued, and connected.

Free resources are available from to support mental health in schools and at home.

You don’t have to reinvent yourself to be worthy.

Sometimes the deepest growth comes from unlearning, softening, and returning to the version of you that existed before fear, pressure, and survival took the wheel.

You’re not starting over. You’re coming home to yourself. ✨
