Join us for our live taping of our next show and be part of the conversation. In this episode, we will discuss being in the right relationship. As we move forward, we will focus more on how to use the tools we discuss to be in the right relationship with ourselves and with others.

We are social creatures, so relationships are really the name of the game, but the degree to which we have a good relationship with ourselves ripples throughout the rest of our day-to-day experience. It affects our family and our friends, and the closer someone is to us, the more the "flaws" in our relationship with ourselves become apparent as it is projected into the relationships that may seem the most important to us.
