Join Rachel and I for a unique experience that combines the healing benefits of Craniosacral Therapy with Restorative Yoga, A New HoriZen Sunday, June 1st from 1:00-2:30 pm. Rachel will lead a gentle restorative practice, allowing students to hold extended, nourishing poses supported by various props. This approach promotes relaxation and calmness in both the body and mind. I will complement this practice with Craniosacral Therapy—a gentle hands-on technique that helps restore the nervous system. Space is limited for this event.
