Integrative health considers the many facets of an individual and intends to rebalance the whole.

Using the intelligence of Ayurveda and the precision of at-home functional medicine testing, we can work together to harmonize the body and mind for optimal wellness and longevity.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, my goal is to help you find the root cause of dis-ease – the underlying issue that is causing an imbalance in the body resulting in suboptimal health and often discomfort or nagging symptoms which impact our lives daily.

Wellness plans include nutrition and sleep guidance, exercise recommendations, bodywork, stress management, and detoxification using all of the tools in the toolbox!
