I always like to imagine anger as a “check engine” light in a car. It is alerting us that something deeper is going on and we need to pay closer attention.⁣

And when we are talking about anger in motherhood, that “something deeper going on” usually stems from an inner childhood wound, unprocessed trauma or an unmet need.⁣

We are so excited to welcome Rebekah Bryson, LISW to Purposeful Growth & Wellness.  Rebekah specializes in helping families and children with developmental concerns manage early childhood behaviors.

She works with children to teach them coping skills to calm big emotions.  She focuses on problem solving, identifying underlying concerns, and exploring strategies to address the needs of each individual.

Rebekah received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Child and Family Studies from Ashland University and received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Akron.  She is married and has two children.
