Inspire Physical Therapy And Wellness

Inspire Physical Therapy And Wellness At Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness our patients are our #1 priority, not the insurance company!

Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness was created by Jennifer McCauley, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Julie Henderson in 2018. Jennifer worked in traditional in-network and HMO settings throughout her career and became frustrated by the lack of one on one care she could give patients. She knew that this lack of attention often lead to longer healing times and frustrated patients. She believed patients deserved better than this and that she was capable of making it happen. This is what inspired her to create a practice dedicated to the patient, not the insurance company. In 2017 Jennifer and Julie met and they quickly discovered one another's passion to start something impactful in their community and that is where Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness was born. We are committed to listening to our patients and will work with them to come up with a holistic approach to their care that not only allows them to move past pain and injury but to also improve performance and health.

Meet Chandler Duffle, our Front Office Coordinator.

Chandler is your go-to for questions, scheduling and support, keeping everything running smoothly with her attention to detail and welcoming presence. When she’s not supporting our team and patients, she’s pursuing her degree in psychology, taking Pilates classes and spending time with her adorable pup.

Healing works best when the whole person is considered.

At Inspire, care goes beyond the injured area. By looking at movement, lifestyle, nervous system health, environment and personal goals, treatment plans are shaped around each individual’s story to support meaningful, long-term recovery.

Movement is more than exercise, it’s the foundation of recovery.

At Inspire, we focus on how you move, not just how much you move. By assessing movement quality, refining motor control and integrating functional patterns, we help restore strength, reduce strain and build confidence that carries into everyday life.

Ever wonder what a true one-on-one PT session looks like?
Here’s what you won’t find: a crowded room, shared attention, or jumping between multiple patients.

In our clinic, every session is built around you, your movement, your patterns and your goals.

Here’s a look behind the scenes:

👀 Undivided attention
Your PT is with you the entire time, assessing, coaching, adjusting and listening.

🧩 Personalized treatment
No cookie-cutter routines. Every technique, DNS, NKT, visceral work, manual therapy, pelvic floor care, is explicitly selected for what your body needs that day.

🔄 Real-time assessment
We test → treat → retest.
You feel changes immediately and we build on them in the moment.

💬 Education that empowers
We explain the why behind your patterns so you understand how to support your body outside the clinic.

This is what one-on-one PT was meant to be: focused, thoughtful, and designed around your healing.

Experience the difference of one-on-one care.

Pilates isn’t just a workout, it’s a way to reconnect with how your body should move.
It builds strength with intention, stability with control and balance through awareness.

Whether you’re recovering, training or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, Pilates supports your whole self, inside and out.

Save this as a reminder to move with purpose today.

Most people think chronic pain starts in the muscles or joints, but your organs play a role, too.
When an organ can’t move the way it should (from stress, surgery, inflammation or old injuries), your body compensates… and pain shows up somewhere else.

Visceral Manipulation helps restore that deep mobility, ease tension and improve how your whole system functions.

If you’ve tried everything and still don’t have answers, this could be the missing link.

When most people think “core,” they picture abs and planks…
but your core is an entire system, and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) helps train it the way your body was designed to move.

DNS focuses on how your brain and muscles communicate, the patterns you learned as a baby that create stability for life.

Here’s why DNS matters:

🔗 It connects your diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep core, and spine
These structures function as a single pressure system, not as isolated muscles.

🎯 It improves movement efficiency
Instead of over-bracing or gripping, DNS teaches your body to stabilize naturally.

🏃‍♀️ It boosts athletic performance
Better core control = smoother running, stronger lifting, more powerful movement.

💥 It reduces pain at the source
Many “weak core” issues are actually coordination problems, not strength problems.

DNS doesn’t just make you stronger, it helps your whole body move smarter.

If you want core stability that actually lasts, DNS is a game-changer.

Ask us how DNS can support your goals.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is one of the gentlest techniques we use, but it works deeply.
By calming the nervous system, releasing hidden tension and supporting natural healing, CST helps your body shift out of stress and into ease.

It reaches areas you can’t stretch and pairs perfectly with pelvic floor work, DNS and manual therapy.

CST isn’t about force, it’s about helping your body finally let go.

Ask us how CST can fit into your plan.
