Hey friends 👋

It’s been a long, emotional road. I’ve been on the sidelines for 4 months due to a high-risk pregnancy, followed by maternity leave—& then life threw me the biggest curveball of all. My sweet, perfect baby, Luka Bear, passed away 11 days after his birth. 💔🧸🪽💚

To say it’s been a journey is an understatement. I’ve been healing inside & out, & I’m almost feeling ready to ease back into the work I love—massage therapy.

A lot of you have asked when I’ll be returning to massage therapy, & the answer is: soon. I’m slowly easing back into work—healing in all ways & grateful for your patience.

Thank you for letting me take the time I’ve needed.
