This week we’re going to look at eating a variety food of “live foods”
Such as raw fruits vegetables and freshly made fruit and vegetable juices, into your diet as much as possible for maximum nutrition benefits.

Cooking greatly reduce the vitamins and minerals content of foods.

(Raw)I know for me this is hard because I don’t like chewing so it’s always good when you can do a fresh smoothie not frozen buy fresh fruits vegetables.
So this week I’m going to do two smoothies a day and eat my meal before 7 pm.

I’m not just looking to lose a few pounds, I also want to become stronger.
