We are a family-owned rehabilitation center that has been in business since 2002. New ownership took place June, 2016 by Kim Pianko, who is a Registered Respiratory Therapist. We enjoy being part of the community and giving back to the community. Kim is involved with the Westland Chamber of Commerce, Garden City Business Alliance, and the Westland Senior Friendship Center. We pride ourselves that we have a high return and “refer-a-friend” clientele basis.

We provide two services; respiratory services (pulmonary rehabilitation) for those with lung disorders such as COPD (Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema), Pulmonary Fibrosis, Asthma, Lung CA, Bronchiectasis, Cystic Fibrosis and others. This service requires a referral from your physician and a pulmonary function test that qualifies you for respiratory services. We also offer physical therapy services. Physical Therapy services can benefit conditions such as injury, pain/strain, falls-risk, arthritis, osteoarthritis, preventing surgery, post-operative care, general weakness and more.

We are different than the “chain” rehabilitation centers. Being family owned, every patient matters. We personally invite you to come experience the difference. The owner welcomes feedback about your care and makes sure to meet every patient.
