Call our office and we can schedule a date for one of our doctors to visit your clients. Heart Health: Do you know how healthy your heart is? Call us for evaluation (Telemetry) right in your home. Initial Assessments and follow up visits for all ages. Plan of Care and Implementation for: High Blood Pressure, Cancer, HIV, STD’s, Cardiac Problems, Renal/Kidney Problems, Hepatitis & Diabetes Management. Substance Abuse & Psych Counseling

We are looking for a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner for a full time or part time position for a family practice in Detroit, Michigan located across from Sinai-Grace Hospital.
