I flow with life's ups and downs.

There was a time, way back a decade or more, that i fought with the way things were.

I made myself un-happy. Me, myself and I, not the politics, not the weather, not that other driver, not the life situation. It was me that held a grudge or didn't accept or let things flow.

Accept, move with the current of life. You have the ability to manufacture peace and joy in your life. It is not out of reach for you.

Sure i get triggered every now and then...but I let it go. I let it move through me. I don't let it define me.
