Happy 2022! There are so many amazing places to practice yoga and find your center!

I will be leading a workshop at the end of the month called Mantra and Malas. We will make our own Malas (prayer beads) and learn some history on mantra as well as a few to practice in the start of this new year!

Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude. It’s a time to not only give and share with others but a time to give to yourself as well.

Take time and care. Maybe a walk outside, time alone to reflect with a cup of tea, scheduling a massage, eating nourishing foods, lighting candles, taking an epsom salt bath, whatever soothes your soul... do it!

I would love to help you during this time of transition into winter (soon) and the Holiday season. Reach out if you feel called to schedule a massage, reiki session or mantra healing session.

We are mid-summer... so much is going on. Most likely a lot of hiking, swimming, summer camps and vacations are taking place.

If I ask you to take a moment to think about what you may desire in the next month or so, before fall comes, what would it be? Would you be looking for support with your strength and prana? Would you be looking to manifest abundance in different forms (not just wealth)? Would you like to focus on more peace and love within yourself and the world?

Impromptu chanting and meditation for the new moon last night was so beautiful. The vibration of our voices and different tones made an even deeper connection for me in the practice.
