Angela is a second generation therapist who graduated from the Central Maryland School of Massage in 2013. She has spent the past decade practicing in the mountains of Colorado, home in Maryland, and most recently in San Diego. Starting the next chapter of her practice, she is excited to build lasting relationships, supporting you in whatever life throws at you. She specializes in deep tissue, sports recovery, and injury rehabilitation. Her work is slow, effective, and deeply relaxing. She spends her free time running, practicing yoga, studying, meditating, and relaxing with her cats.

Just a few more days to help this precious family! 🎄

Let’s come together as a community this holiday season for the Schmitt Family of Carroll County. Sweet Emmalynn, 11, is battling cancer for the second time. Medical bills are very expensive and unfortunately not fully covered by insurance. Gifts will be donated to the entire family, including Alivianna, 13, and Gio, 5.

Please choose an unwrapped gift to donate, and drop it off to the TheraKneads front desk no later than Thursday, December 5. 🎁
