We are celebrating a very special anniversary this month!

Cindy decided to make the Terraces at Westminster her home a little over a year ago. Ever since, she has kept so busy! When she’s not in activities, she’s spending time with family and friends, shopping in the community with her friend Jenni or in her room watching her favorite show, Bridgerton! She often will have her daughter and grand-daughter volunteer to help out in the community. We truly enjoy families getting involved and are always appreciative of extra help!

When asked Cindy what she enjoys best about living here at the Terraces at Westminster, she replied with, “Everyday there’s always something to keep us busy and I truly enjoy that. You girls do such a great job.”.

Our residents embraced the spirit of the season with a beautiful ritual to invite good luck and release anything negative. We also got creative crafting gorgeous flower crowns, a symbol of renewal and connection to nature's beauty.

We're thrilled to share the wonderful experience of our resident, Ms. Jean Picardi's at The Terraces at Westminster!

In the words of Jean, “I just thought I should let someone know of all the wonderful things that are organized in this place for us to have a good time. I’m not sure who thinks of these things, but you always make sure there is something for us to look forward to each and every day, I think that’s very important when looking into somewhere you may have never been or visited before. With peanuts, hotdogs, and smiles all around, we soaked up the sun and celebrated Senior Day at Nymeo Field Stadium. Here’s to good times and great baseball!

We are on one of our star residents, Elzena “Zeenie” Burns!

Zeenie & her husband decided to make the Terraces at Westminster her home a little over two years ago. She is always busy keeping up with her family and friends, the news, and shopping online. She also enjoys attending our Garden Clubs and Musical Entertainments. She is one of the reasons we had a garden! She used to have a huge garden at home and she said this helps her to do what she loves!

When asked Zeenie what she enjoys most about living at the Terraces at Westminster, she replied with, “Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Always willing to help with anything you need from any department. The housekeepers really do a great job at keeping things tidy around here. Activities has a great variety of things planned for us to do, and the gardening is a plus as it’s my favorite thing to do. Those girls are trying so hard and I enjoy being able to have purpose in giving the advice they need”.

Spreading joy, one bloom at a time!

Our residents had a wonderful time creating beautiful flower planters, just in time to brighten Mother's Day. Nothing says 'I love you' like the beauty of Spring.

Each flower is a testament to the care and creativity that blossoms in our community every day. We are so happy with how they turned out and can't wait for our flowers to bloom.
