This was a fun session! And so great to share the new massage techniques with Body Redefined LLC

Today I got the chance to be the client My girl Morgan introduced me to a new style of massage and I’m hooked.
Lomi Lomi massage is a style of Hawaiian massage that uses long, rhythmic, flowing strokes to mimic ocean waves. 🌊🌊🌊🌊 The gentle flow combined with Morgan’s perfect hands had me feeling like jelly and the most relaxed I have been in months.
I’m not the kindest to my body, I often don’t take time for myself, let alone schedule a massage. After today, I don’t think I can go without it. Thank you so much Morgan, also you’re not getting rid of me now. 🤣

• We have our upcoming Mini Cryo Facial + Scalp Massage collab day—only 3 spots left! Be sure to book with ASAP to grab your space.

• Starting this month, .of.the.old.ways will be joining us one Tuesday each month! If you’ve been wanting to try sound healing or reiki, now is the perfect time to book—especially before book club on April 21st.

• Speaking of book club, we had an amazing first meeting this past Tuesday! Our April read is *Get a Life, Chloe Brown* by Talia Hibbert. If you missed March, no worries—you’re absolutely welcome to join us! We just ask that you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

• We’ll also be at the Wine Stroll on April 25th offering chair massage and a storefront showcase. If the weather is nice, Thor might even make an appearance 🐾

• And lastly, we’re excited to introduce a new massage style inspired by Lomi Lomi, designed to reconnect the body through both relaxation and therapeutic work. This special will run through April and part of May—book a 90-minute session or upgrade to include a 30-minute hair oil/scalp massage.

Insurance & Billing Update – Please Read

We’d like to help clear up any confusion regarding insurance and payment options for massage therapy services.

• We accept HSA and FSA cards. If a payment is later denied or kicked back by your provider, the client is responsible for any remaining balance.

• We now offer direct billing for:
– Aetna
– Cigna
– UnitedHealthcare
– Select Personal Injury cases (case-by-case approval)

• At this time, we are not yet in-network with the VA, but we are actively working toward approval.

Important:
In order for insurance to be billed, clients must complete any required pre-approval process and provide a valid, up-to-date referral from their physician. As licensed massage therapists, we do not diagnose medical conditions. Insurance billing requires documented medical diagnosis and referral from your doctor prior to treatment.

We are happy to share that Carroll County Public Schools employees have been approved for massage therapy benefits.

If you’re interested in using your insurance benefits, please contact us to begin the pre-approval process. We’re happy to guide you through the next steps and help determine your eligibility.
