Thor is always ready for an office day. I like to think it's so he can spend the day with me, but we really know it's so he can get pets from all the massage clients! 💆‍♀️

Snow may not be here yet, but we are ready for all things winter wonderland.

Body Redefined LLC and I are participating in the Mayors holiday cup where the front door of the shop and the big windows looking over the main street will be covered in winter cheer.

If you come out on november 29th for the Christmas parade, check out the intentional Candle class( with Keeper of the Old Ways: Folk Medicinals, Healing Arts, & More) or even to just support the small shops on Main Street. From 12-6pm we will have the store open, and any visitors will get an additional coupon to use for yourself or for a gift!
