Erickson Living is committed to helping seniors remain active, stay connected and access continuing care health services in retirement. We believe Louisville is just the type of forward-looking city in Colorado where our residents can thrive.
We are excited about the opportunity to create a continuing care retirement community in Louisville, Colorado within the larger Redtail Ridge project proposed for the former ConocoPhillips site located at Route 36 and 88th Street, which has sat vacant for more than a decade. The proposed project would also include a new Medtronic corporate campus complex along with retail, residential, parks, open space and trails.
We strive to create a setting where older adults can embrace being in the Colorado outdoors, with features such as miles of bike and walking trails, parks and benches, and other amenities so residents can live an active lifestyle long after retirement.
Erickson Living-managed communities fulfill a need for senior services with award-winning architecture and design. We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of the environment so it can be enjoyed by future generations. In fact, we purposefully design communities to fit the look-and-feel of the surrounding aesthetic.
Professional planners work with members of the community to design a campus that will bring much-needed services to seniors while minimizing the effect on the area’s traffic, aesthetics, environment, character, and culture.
Similar to Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch, with lower building heights, less overall units, and more green space.
Independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing in a campus-like setting.
Will serve the residents of the City of Louisville and greater Boulder County.
