Today is Sunscreen Day. With warm and sunny days ahead and all of us ready to be outside more, please don’t forget to wear sunscreen! Here are few quick tips and reminders about sun safety:

1) Apply sunscreen every 2 hours.

2) Use 30 SPF or greater for the best protection.

3) Use sunscreen lip balm to protect your lips.

4) Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out into the sun.

5) Do not purchase sunscreen if it doesn’t have an expiration date.

According to the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), toothbrush holders are the third most germ-borne household item, after dish sponges and kitchen sinks. This is rather expected since toothbrushes are often left damp. Don't forget to clean your toothbrush holder regularly to keep it from accumulating germs!
