For those of you who are new here - welcome! I’m a licensed massage therapist located in Arvada, CO and I’ve been practicing for 7 years. I specialize in results-driven therapeutic bodywork sessions and help my clients manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and reclaim their bodies from burnout. Whether you’re struggling with migraines, neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, or hip issues, my customized sessions are designed to target the root cause — not just the symptoms.

I love to incorporate cupping therapy in my sessions and I also offer prenatal massage, CBD, as well as a selection of handmade products for you to extend your self-care routine at home.

Google is such a great tool to find exactly what you’re looking for and to make sure the practitioner you’re choosing has positive reviews from actual clients. It’s where most of my clients find me!

There are so many massage therapy studios and spas in the area, however I’m so proud to be what looks like the only massage therapist in Westminster that provides cupping therapy! Cupping therapy is a great enhancement to add to your massage session as it adds another dynamic to help reduce pain, relieve tension, and increase blood flow and circulation - and it’s not painful! It can be very relaxing. I also don’t charge extra for it. My sessions are all-inclusive. Try it out if you haven’t yet!

My Studio
✨T R A N S F O R M A T I O N✨

My new suite was the first of three suites I looked at. Before the door was even unlocked I was warned by the agent that it was ugly and to be prepared 🙈 While it was not pretty I knew it had an incredible amount of potential and I knew this was my opportunity to create something special and make it my own perfect space. New carpet, baseboards, and window blinds were installed and fresh paint was put on the walls. I removed the closet door in the kitchen area to make more room. I had a wall put in to separate the reception and kitchen area and new vinyl flooring installed in the kitchen area, as well as a sink. The renovation process was finally complete after I brought in my furnishings and decor and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out from a vision I had when I first saw it and I’m so happy it’s all mine.
