I recently saw a post that the American Heart Association is hosting a charity golf tournament to raise money. Ready for the ironic part? The American Heart Association has been in existence for 100 years, and yet heart disease has been the number one cause of death in the US for 100 years. So, my curious mind wants to know, ‘what in the world has the AHA done with all of this time and money? According to their website they have invested over $6billion dollars into research on heart disease. How much more money needs to be spent to NOT fix the problem?

☀️Summertime! Pools are open, vacations are being planned. It is time for a refresher in Sunburn Prevention!
"A sunburn is the result of the skin being irradiated by sunlight—it can take just so much before burning. Vitamin F and ionizable calcium taken together can strengthen the skin, allowing it to absorb more irradiation without degrading into a burn. Regular sun exposure: 2 additional of each.
