This week, we celebrated an exciting milestone for our Colorado clinics, officially rebranding from Rocky Mountain Primary Care to Complete Health. While the name is new, the trusted providers and care teams patients know remain the same.

We're grateful to have these teams in the Complete Health family and look forward to continuing to serve the Lakewood, Arvada, and Westminster communities for many years to come.

On July 8 we will be going live with our new electronic health record. For all visits on July 8 and moving forward, please arrive 20 min early and bring all prescription and over the counter medication and supplement bottles to every appointment so that we can accurately update your chart to better care for you. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience!!

The patient portal will no longer be accessible after June20th as we change our electronic health record system. You may get in and view items but not send or receive communications after June 20th. New portal system TBD.... stay tuned! The phone works just fine in the meantime! 303-429-6600. Thank you for your patience!

Office will be closing at noon today and closed tomorrow for Christmas. Also noon on Dec 31 and closed New Year's Day. Of course we have on call provider for your emergency needs.
