Our owner, Chris Greene, along with his wife Leah, daughter Addi Mae, and his mom Linda, spent the evening last week at Balfour’s Happy Hour, serving up cookies (and plenty of smiles) to the residents.

Linda has been a kind and familiar face at Balfour for a while now as a volunteer, and seeing her family step in alongside her was a sweet reminder that care often begins at home—with small, thoughtful moments shared together.

We’re thankful for our Touching Hearts family who keep showing up for the community and touching hearts along the way.

We had such a great time connecting with our care team at our first Heart of the Holidays party! We raffled out great prizes, ate delicious Marco’s hot dogs and tacos, played corn hole and did axe throwing. It was a fun, festive, and memorable time as our admin, owner (and his perfect baby), on call team, care providers, and family members got together! Even some of our favorite community partners dropped in! 💜🎉

Hey there! I’m Carlo Louis Rodriguez– proud fur dad to two cats and three dogs 🐱🐶. When I’m not chasing after my crazy crew, you can find me at the beach 🏖️ or exploring new restaurants (especially those with amazing Asian cuisine 🍣🍜).

🍽️ Although I hold a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, my career took an unexpected turn into recruitment and HR, where I’ve been for the past four years. It’s been an unexpected but fulfilling journey helping people find meaningful work and making real connections.

My grandmother was my role model, and we shared an unbreakable bond. One of my biggest regrets is not being able to care for her in her later years. Now, I channel that regret into something positive by helping others through in-home care services.

🙏 I truly believe life has a way of guiding us where we need to be, and I’m grateful to be doing work that gives me a sense of purpose.
