you’re still experiencing symptoms!!! UGH. 👿

You are not alone because this is a very common experience among both perimenopause AND post menopausal women! I know you have heard of the importance of getting on HRT and you probably even know about bio identical hormones!!!

But it’s important t understand that getting your symptoms to disappear and your heart brain and bones protected will rewquire MORE than just a one time visit to the doctor! Women often need several dosing adjustments, lab monitoring , and even some lifestyle tweaks to get their treatment plan just right. And that takes time, education and skill!

That’s why it’s so helpful to have someone on your side that can help you navigat ethis season! I don’t want to see you putting all your eggs in the HRT basket only to be disappointed when it doesn’t work. I want to help you start feeling more confident in how you advocate for your best menopause care AND start thriving in midlife and beyond!

🚨 Did you know that digestive issues is COMMON in midlife! There’s research that shows the microbiome in perimenopause actually shifts like no other time in your life! This leads to suboptimal gut health, poor digestion, leaky gut and poor immunity!
It’s so important to pay attention and optimize your gut health in midlife because it’s responsible for so many functions. In addition to the ones already mentioned, your gut is responsible for part of the hormone detoxification process. If you have sub par gut health, it will be hard to optimize your hormones (the ones you make in your ovaries AND the ones you take).

These 5 digestion hacks can make ALL the difference and can help start of improving your gut health quickly👇
1️⃣ Chew your food 20-30 times – Your stomach doesn’t have teeth! Proper chewing helps break down food and reduces bloating. 🦷🍽️
2️⃣ Skip water with meals – Drinking too much water while eating dilutes stomach acid, making digestion less efficient. 🚫🥤
3️⃣ Try apple cider vinegar or lemon water before meals – These boost stomach acid naturally, improving digestion. 🍋🥂
4️⃣ Slow down at mealtime – Rushing = bloating and poor digestion. Enjoy your food, chew slowly, and breathe! ⏳🥗
5️⃣ Don’t eat when stressed – High cortisol shuts down digestion. Deep breaths before meals can help your gut! 🧘‍♀️💨
