Our amazing Forensic Nurse Examiner (FNE) friends at Carroll Hospital are in need of some support — and we’re reaching out to our community for help!
We’ve officially run out of the stuffed animals that are used during forensic exams for children. These aren’t just cuddly comfort items — they’re also important trauma-informed tools. The nurses use the stuffed animals to gently show children where they will be examining them, helping to reduce fear and confusion in an already overwhelming situation.
If you’re able, we’d be so grateful if you could purchase a set of these special stuffed animals through our Amazon link below. Every donation makes a real difference in the life of a child who needs compassion and care.
