✨ Highlands Clinic Patient of the Month: Beno! ✨
We are so excited to introduce our Patient of the Month, Beno! 🎉 Here’s what one of our therapists had to say about him:

So many words to describe Beno, but only one that truly embodies his full persona – incredible. Beno is 101 years old and has the determination and will power that would rival the greatest individuals of modern day society. Still living independently, driving, and has an unwavering memory, Beno has become a legend around the clinic. When asked what is the secret to life, Beno’s only words are “stay pickled!”

We had a blast sponsoring a hole and tabling at the 1st Annual Westminster Chamber Mini Golf Tournament on September 12th! ⛳️

A huge thank you to the Westminster Chamber for hosting such a fun event — it was a big success and we loved being part of it.

Special shoutout to our fearless leader, Ken, who casually took 1st place in the “casual” division 🏆😂 … we’ll be calling him “Coach Ken” from now on.

Met our new PT at our Highlands location Hollie!!

Hollie was born and raised in Washington, DC. She went to McDaniel College for her Bachelors of Arts, majoring in Exercise Science, where she also played D3 soccer. She graduated in 2016 from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Hollie also has a Fundamentals in Business degree from Grand Valley State University.

Hollie loves treating TMJ disorders, headaches, concussions, and pelvic floor. She is a Craniofacial specialist, and has a multitude of certifications including dry needling levels 1 and 2, LSVT Big, ergonomics, vestibular dysfunction, and women’s health. She is passionate about holistic healthcare, focused on maximizing quality of life.

When she isn’t working, you can find her teaching Purebarre, hiking, camping, reading, kayaking, spending time with friends/family/her dog Riley, going to concerts, trying new restaurants/coffee shops, and traveling.

PSA! Beginning the week of 8/25/25 at the 5008 W 92nd ave location in Westminster, crews will be out refacing the front of the shopping center with stucco. You may see scaffolding and our Premier Physical Therapy sign will be taken down for a couple days. WE ARE OPEN during this time and while there may be limited parking in the front row, there should be no issue entering and exiting our building!! We are sorry for this inconvenience! Thank you for your patience during this time.
