Welcome to Premier Physical Therapy in Westminster, CO. We are conveniently located in Westminster, and only minutes from Arvada and Broomfield.

Premier Physical Therapy is a privately and therapist owned, Premier Physical Therapy opened in 2015 with the goal of providing personalized, comprehensive, high quality care to our patients in an inviting and friendly atmosphere. We specialize in orthopedics, post surgical care, sports related injuries, neurological and spine related conditions and pain relief.

HAPPY 11 year anniversary to us!

11 years ago we opened our doors with the hopes of providing a patient -centered, friendly, family feel environment for our community. The dream exceeded our expectations as the years went by and our Premier family grew into what it is today…. Watching our patients and staff working together
to meet and exceed their rehab goals is amazing. We could not be more proud of them and our community! From opening our doors with one therapist and one receptionist to today, here are some random pics of the fun times we have had through the years. Enjoy!

A huge congratulations to our very own professional corn holer Janice! She and her coed partner participated in the Black Hills Shootout in Deadwood South Dakota this past weekend and took home first place! There were 9 states represented throughout all of the events over the weekend! Janice and her partner won the Coed tournament which had a total of 38 teams competing.
Colorado represented well with 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in Coed doubles!

Whoo hoo Janice! Your Premier family is so proud of you!!!

This December, our clinic came together to make a difference in the community! Thanks to the generosity of our patients and staff, we collected 154 lbs of donated goods to support those in need at Broomfield FISH. A special congratulations to our patient Marie, who won the raffle for this cause! We’re so grateful for our amazing community and the impact we can make together.

In light of the high winds anticipated tomorrow, 12/17/25 in Westminster, we want to remind everyone we are planning ahead and WILL BE OPEN our regular hours. Drum roll….. and the 2025 Premier Physical Therapy Employee of the Year is Richelle!!!

Richelle took over the front office manager position at the main location in early 2025 with a fierceness that can hardly be described. She brought with her strong, effective ideas and a sunny disposition that makes her coworkers and our patients smile every day. She shows up to work every day with a positive attitude and always has our patients and her coworkers’s best interest at heart. Running a front desk is not easy but she makes it look that way. She is always eager to help and if we are lucky we might get to hear her singing a little kareoke at the desk😬Congratulations Richelle to a great year and on being our first employee of the year!!! So deserved!!!

Greg is our December Highlands clinic patient of the month! He is our patient chosen this month due to his dedication to therapy over time. He has worked hard through the process, and does as much as he can at home to contribute to his success through his therapy journey. He is always coming and sharing rock n roll fun facts and has grown a friendship with the clinic as a whole. He is awesome, and we are grateful for patients like him!
