Welcome to Premier Physical Therapy in Westminster, CO. We are conveniently located in Westminster, and only minutes from Arvada and Broomfield.

Premier Physical Therapy is a privately and therapist owned, Premier Physical Therapy opened in 2015 with the goal of providing personalized, comprehensive, high quality care to our patients in an inviting and friendly atmosphere. We specialize in orthopedics, post surgical care, sports related injuries, neurological and spine related conditions and pain relief.

This December, our clinic came together to make a difference in the community! Thanks to the generosity of our patients and staff, we collected 154 lbs of donated goods to support those in need at Broomfield FISH. A special congratulations to our patient Marie, who won the raffle for this cause! We’re so grateful for our amazing community and the impact we can make together.

In light of the high winds anticipated tomorrow, 12/17/25 in Westminster, we want to remind everyone we are planning ahead and WILL BE OPEN our regular hours. If the phones aren’t working and you need to reach us, please email us at info@premier-pt.org. Otherwise please arrive at your appointment time. Please be extra careful entering and exiting the building, and we will try to have people watching out to assist with opening the doors for all patients. Thank you!!

Drum roll….. and the 2025 Premier Physical Therapy Employee of the Year is Richelle!!!

Richelle took over the front office manager position at the main location in early 2025 with a fierceness that can hardly be described. She brought with her strong, effective ideas and a sunny disposition that makes her coworkers and our patients smile every day. She shows up to work every day with a positive attitude and always has our patients and her coworkers’s best interest at heart. Running a front desk is not easy but she makes it look that way. She is always eager to help and if we are lucky we might get to hear her singing a little kareoke at the desk😬Congratulations Richelle to a great year and on being our first employee of the year!!! So deserved!!!

Greg is our December Highlands clinic patient of the month! He is our patient chosen this month due to his dedication to therapy over time. He has worked hard through the process, and does as much as he can at home to contribute to his success through his therapy journey. He is always coming and sharing rock n roll fun facts and has grown a friendship with the clinic as a whole. He is awesome, and we are grateful for patients like him!

Sarah is our patient of the month! Coming from a running, swimming, and strength training background, she has seen two PTs here at Premier PT. Between her two physical therapists, she has been able to get specialty care as well as pilates specific PT. Sarah had never been on a reformer before this and now loves it! She has improved her strength, her awareness of her movements, and has less pain. This is all because of Sarah’s trust in her therapist and dedication to following their instructions on and off the reformer.

Joshua came to us with sacral dysfunction and a mission: get back to pain-free disc golf and lifting his daughter. Every session, he shows up ready to work hard, stays consistent with his home program, and brings the kind of determination that makes progress happen. 💪

We’ve loved seeing him get stronger each week… even if he is a Michigan fan and his PT Annie is proudly Team MSU. 🤍💚🤝💛💙

Rivalries aside, we’re grateful to have him in the clinic and even more excited to watch him crush his goals.

Congratulations to our Highland’s clinic patient of the month, Robert! He has never missed an appointment, is always early and ready to rock and roll. He is truly one of our PT family, dressing up for Halloween, and even dressing up as Santa bringing everyone in the clinic gifts. He has the most amazing shirts that we love ranging from wizards, wolves, Hardrock bands, Monty Python, and mountain scenery. Hazah!

New PT Highlight: Meet Thao-Dan! She started at the main clinic at the end of September this year. Thao-Dan was born and raised in the Denver area, where she also earned both her Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Regis University. Thao-Dan has interests in treating orthopedic conditions pre and post op, chronic neurological conditions, and is certified in Level 1 Dry Needling (includes treating muscles of the arms and legs). Whether you’re a high school senior athlete or a senior adult recovering from a joint replacement, she is passionate about helping people recover their independece through movement as moving well is the way to live the life you love. When she is not in clinic, you can find her cracking dad jokes on local hikes, running with friends, yelling at college football games, or watching anime with her husband.
