🎊 🤸 Don’t forget to register for Jumpstart to Wellness! Starting January 7, this eight-week virtual program includes weekly online classes featuring discussions about weight loss, disease prevention, stress management and how to eat well-balanced meals.

A membership for either The Hill Y in Westminster or Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Baltimore is included during the course of program; participants are expected to exercise at their facility three days a week. The cost is $70.
