Our Story

ABC Westminster & Santa Ana Day Health Center is a facility in Westminster and Santa Ana, California that provides an organized day care program and services in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting older adults’ personal independence and promoting social, physical, and emotional well-being.

We provide quality adult day care services to individuals who are at risk of being placed in an institutional facility and being distanced from the love and support of family. We offer Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) through a community-based day care program that provides ADHC services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

We will serve as the family’s extension during daytime, thereby relieving family caregivers from having to care for and supervise their functionally impaired adult loved ones or seniors. Our recreational programs at the center promote wellness for participants during the day when family members are at work or in school.
