The Optimal Wellness Center programs are designed to help individuals rebalance their bodies with an integrative approach that incorporates holistic nutrition, lifestyle modification, targeted nutritional supplementation, and when necessary, traditional Western medications. Our mission is to help clients through our unique “peeling the onion approach” to prevent or reverse chronic disease, and achieve optimal wellness. At the Optimal Wellness Center we believe in treating the person, not the disease. Our team practices a new model of medicine that integrates traditional diagnostic tools and technology, as well as cutting edge technology and tools to help us identify the underlying triggers for chronic disease. Our center offers a variety of services ranging from a comprehensive, individualized functional medicine approach to the multi-disciplinary team approach used in our lifestyle medicine program. Our team is committed to helping our clients through a unique, personalized style of medicine that is focused on identifying the underlying cause of disease.
