Every January, we cut out:
❌ refined sugar
❌ carbs
❌ sweet treats

And stick to:
🥩 protein
🥑 healthy fats
🥦 veggies

I’ve done this challenge 5 years in a row, and it’s been a total game changer — but it’s not always easy at first.

And wow… 😅

What surprised me 👀⬇️
