She was 22 years old… but her hormones were acting like she was in menopause.
No period. Hormonal acne. Weight gain. Sugar cravings. Constant stomach issues.
She was diagnosed with PCOS at 18 and immediately told to “just get on birth control.”

But birth control only made things worse —
20 lbs gained, mood changes, and once she stopped?
