We are thankful to partner with so many incredible organizations to make these events happen! Thank you Atlee Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation, Oasis Senior Advisors Greater Baltimore, and BridgingLife Hospice. 🧡
Together, they made this celebration possible which included a FREE CEU session provided by Jenerations Health Education with the incredible Joanna Frankel, MSW, LCSW-C, leading the way.
Attendees enjoyed a beautiful lunch and valuable education while honoring the vital work case managers do every day.
