Core & Floor is designed for all bodies. This subtle yet profound practice is designed to work your deep core & pelvic floor muscles for optimal function, postural support, and lessen back/hip pain.
Mondays 12pm & Fridays 9:30am

Slow Flow is how I love to practice and teach! I’m often told that my classes are “sneakily hard”. This practice allows for deeper body awareness and intentional breath & movement.

Outdoor Yoga is held on the Vista Deck at Cooper River. There is something incredibly special about joining together as a community and being by the water. Even on the hotter days, there is a gentle breeze and it feels like a friendly reminder that we CAN do this.

Hey hey! In addition to my weekly classes at & I have a few special offerings this month!

Tonight’s Roll & Release Class is at 7pm - open to members and non-members

Thursday’s Pelvic Wellness Class at is geared towards those currently pregnant or planning.

Thursday June 26th Roll, Release, Restore is a combo of self myofascial release with a nourishing yoga flow.

And you can join me weekly - including Outdoor Yoga at Cooper River on Wednesdays 9:15am. Class is free but must pre-register by 4pm the day before.

FASCIA FLOW is a therapeutic movement practice that incorporates the use of foam rolling, massage balls and myofascial release techniques to help unwind tension and areas of restriction in the body. We’ll blend together these techniques with our breath and asana. Open to all, beginner friendly.

This is your sign to devote a weekend to understanding:
-how our deep core and pelvic floor muscles work
-how it supports us with EVERYTHING we do
-how to create a yoga practice to support pelvic health
-how to apply the principles to everyday “functional” movement
-how to teach/guide/support others towards pelvic wellness through breath-work, movement and meditation

Understanding PF function is beneficial for all pelvis owners (meaning everyone), although this course specifically addresses female anatomy, common PF conditions, and life cycles / transitions for females.

If you’re a yoga teacher, movement professional, or just simply want to learn more, this course is for you!

Yoga teachers registered through Yoga Alliance have the option for continuing education credits.

A 75min therapeutic movement practice to deepen your body awareness for pelvic floor function and the deep core muscles. We’ll focus on healing breathing mechanics, myofascial release, mobility, and inner strength. ​
The practice is designed for those with female anatomy. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 participants. Early registration is recommended.​

Practice a variety of labor positions, breath-work, and relaxation techniques to support you through the phases of labor and childbirth. We’ll incorporate a birth ball and supportive props to create space within the pelvis for mom and baby. It’s a time to cultivate one’s own intuitive body rhythm and rest.
