Core & Floor is designed for all bodies. This subtle yet profound practice is designed to work your deep core & pelvic floor muscles for optimal function, postural support, and lessen back/hip pain.
Mondays 12pm & Fridays 9:30am

Slow Flow is how I love to practice and teach! I’m often told that my classes are “sneakily hard”. This practice allows for deeper body awareness and intentional breath & movement.
Tuesdays 10am

Outdoor Yoga is held on the Vista Deck at Cooper River. There is something incredibly special about joining together as a community and being by the water. Even on the hotter days, there is a gentle breeze and it feels like a friendly reminder that we CAN do this.
Wednesdays 9:15am
at Cooper River - class is free but registration is required - at least one day before class date.
