Are you curious about art therapy? Would you like to make an art journal?

Art therapy helps us express ourselves without words and promotes self awareness, relaxation and teaches us patience, ultimately lessening stress and offering peace.

Creating an art journal gives us intention and helps us to be mindful by using different art exercises all throughout crafting this journal.
