Things I’m doing at this stage of life to look my best—inside and out:

1. Nourishing my body with intention
I focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods that support my skin, energy, and hormones—because beauty starts with what I feed my body daily.
2. Building strength and softness in balance
Movement isn’t about punishment anymore. It’s about posture, confidence, muscle tone, and feeling strong in my own skin.
3. Supporting my skin from within
Hydration, collagen, healthy fats, and targeted nutrients help my skin glow naturally—without chasing unrealistic standards.
4. Honouring my hormones and stress levels
I’m learning to work with my body, not against it. Balanced hormones and regulated stress have transformed how I look and feel.
5. Choosing rituals that make me feel radiant
Quality sleep, simple skincare, mindful mornings, and moments of joy—because confidence is the most beautiful thing I can wear.

Looking your best isn’t about turning back time.
It’s about feeling aligned, nourished, and confident at every age. ✨

“They were coming in sick and leaving sick.” 💔

After 7 years at Northwestern downtown, as a nurse working in the ICU, Neurology, and Cardiology, I realized something was missing in “Big Medicine” [00:42]. Patients weren’t getting better—they were just being managed with handfuls of prescriptions [00:27].

I got into this field because I was curious about how the body actually works and how to solve underlying problems, not just mask them [00:05].

Since 2012, my mission has been to help patients find long-term solutions [02:07]. Whether it’s fixing your hormones, clearing brain fog, or healing your gut, the goal is to get you back to living your absolute best life! ✨

If you’re tired of the “medication after medication” cycle, it’s time for a different approach.

My 2026 Health Blueprint! 🚀✨

I’m letting you in on the top 5 things I’m doing this year to make sure my health stays a priority. If you want more energy and better balance this year, try incorporating these:

1️⃣ Zone 2 Walking & Weightlifting: I use a walking pad while I work! Muscle mass is the currency of longevity [00:11]. 2️⃣ Targeted Supplements: No guessing here—I take methylated Bs, creatine, and aminos based on my specific testing [00:23]. 3️⃣ Hormone Optimization: Right now, I’m prioritizing progesterone to stay balanced [00:39]. 4️⃣ Non-Negotiable Sleep: If you don’t sleep, you don’t heal. Period [00:52]. 5️⃣ Quality Time: Health isn’t just physical. We’ve already planned months of date nights to stay connected [01:04].

Which of these are you focusing on this month? 👇

Things I’m doing this new year to stay healthy as a woman—especially in this season of life where energy, balance, and longevity matter more than ever:

1. Exercise: Walking daily and building muscle
Strength training supports metabolism, bone density, and hormonal balance. Walking keeps my nervous system regulated and my body moving with ease.

2. Targeted supplementation based on my labs
I’m supporting cellular energy, gut health, and resilience with methylated B vitamins, creatine, amino acids, collagen, fish oil, and a tailored probiotic—all chosen based on what my body actually needs.

3. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
Balancing estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone has been a game-changer for my sleep, mood, skin, and overall vitality.

4. Prioritizing real rest
I protect my nighttime routine and sleep quality like my health depends on it—because it truly does.

5. Spending quality time with my loved ones
Regular date nights with my husband, unplugged time with my kids, and slowing down enough to be present—it’s medicine for the heart and mind.

Health isn’t about doing it all. It’s about doing what works—for your body, your phase of life, and your values.

Functional Medicine can save lives.” 🩺 She thought it was just PCOS... it was a tumor. 🚨

This patient had been to specialists before. She was told her weight gain and period issues were “just PCOS” [00:11]. But something wasn’t right.

By digging deep and looking at her symptoms through a Functional Medicine lens, we found the truth: Growth Hormone excess caused by a pituitary tumor [00:47].

If we hadn’t been thorough, she could have gone blind or even died. Instead, she’s on the path to recovery [01:05].

Stop settling for “surface-level” answers. If your symptoms aren’t resolving, you need a provider who will listen and order the right labs to find the real root cause. 🧬

Did you know humming is actually a powerful health hack? We often look for expensive solutions like peptides or stem cells, but one of the most effective tools is completely free.

The Science:

Boost Nitric Oxide: Humming increases it by 15 times, which is vital for heart and immune health.

Vagus Nerve Magic: It stimulates the vagus nerve to instantly lower stress and help your digestion.
