Summer is winding down and kids are back in school this week. It flew by but we made every day count at the studio. It was another amazing Summer of events, giving back, fun pop-ups, and teacher training. Thank you Good Juju students for making this summer the most successful and fun summer yet. We celebrated 4 years as a studio in June and I'm so grateful I got to spend another summer with all of you.

We are so excited for these upcoming events!

Erin will be leading us in another yoga nidra meditation as well as our monthly book club. Our book club gives us a chance to dive deeper into our yoga practice and get together with other like-minded yogis to discuss yoga philosophy and drink tea. This month's book is Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda

Lauren is back with another pop-up yoga sculpt. For those of you that enjoyed her pop-up class earlier this summer be sure to book it because it did fill up last time!

Michelle will be changing her hatha on Thursday to a Yogalates. She will be incorporating pilates core building exercises into her yoga practice. This is a great way to still get in your yoga but get a little deeper into core work and strength.

This practice will start out with 15 minutes of gentle movements and stretches to prepare the body for deep mediation and relaxation. Then, spend the rest of the time settling into your mat as you're guided through a deep meditation, often referred to as a "yogic sleep." Be prepared to start your week relaxed, centered, and rejuvenated as we welcome in this season of change.
