Cheshire County Employee of the Month for January 2026 is Maplewood Social Worker Jolene Longtin. There are so many great things to say about Jolene. She sure does deserve to be employee of the month. Here is what her nomination card had to say:

“Jolene is amazing. She is a strong advocate for residents on her case load. She is caring and very attentative while working so closely with our residents and families. She is always willing to go above her responsibilities and help her co-workers anytime. She is always upbeat and postivie and looks for outcomes that benefit anyone involved. She is a great asset to the social services team. She makes Oreo truffles that are a culinary delight.”
