I love helping people feel their best with massage therapy. I especially love being able to do it in my small hometown. My hours vary, but currently the days I’m seeing massage clients are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Call, text, or book online!

Throw back to my fist massage space!
I had recently graduated from massage therapy school and could hardly believe I got to do massage for a living. It seemed strange to be paid to do something that I felt was a privilege. I still feel that way.

Being present in your body, showing yourself loving kindness, and listening to what your body tells you is what massage therapists get to coach clients through. It truly is a privilege and an honor. 💆🏻‍♀️💕
