Baked codfish pie

Ingredients:
✅ 4 eggs
✅ 1 package of grated cheese
✅ 1 garlic
✅ 1/2 onion cilantro
✅ olive oil

👩‍🍳 Preparation mode:

🔹 Season the cod with garlic, onion, coriander, and olive oil.
🔹 Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the egg yolks, add grated cheese, and mix with the cod.
🔹 In a pyrex, bake sprinkled with grated cheese.
🤩 Suggestion: you can replace the cod with shrimp or chicken

Lessine Stuffed Onion

Ingredients:
✅ 4 large onions
✅ 350g lean ground beef
✅ 1 clove of minced garlic
✅ 1 chopped green pepper
✅ 1 chopped yellow pepper
✅ 100g of heavy cream
✅ 1 tablespoon of parsley
✅ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✅ Salt and black pepper to taste
🇧🇷
Preparation mode:
🔹 Place a pot of water and salt over high heat to boil. When the water is boiling, put the peeled onions in the pan and cook for about 20 minutes.

🔹 Drain the water and leave the keys together. Remove the core from the onions, taking care not to pierce the underside. Reserve.

🔹 Chop the onion core and sauté it in a skillet with olive oil along with the garlic until golden. Add the ground beef and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

🔹 Add the peppers, parsley, and heavy cream and stir well, season with salt and black pepper of your taste. Stuff the onions with the ground meat and place in a mold, greased with a little olive oil. Place in a preheated oven at 320ºF for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately and have a good meal.

Today we bring you a super healthy traditional Brazilian pancake that you will love. 🇧🇷

fake Latin pancakes
Ingredients:
✅ 1 and 1/4 cup (tea) of finely chopped cauliflower
✅ 1/2 tablespoon of soy oil
✅ 1 large egg
✅ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
✅ 2 teaspoons of grated onion
✅ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
✅ Oil for frying

Preparation mode:
🔹 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
🔹 Put oil in the bottom of a skillet and heat it well.
Preparation mode: of batter and spread on the skillet as you do with pancake batter.
🔹 Let it brown on one side and turn. Gold on the other.
🔹 Remove only when the fake pancake is firm.-
