Physical Therapy Now Weston This an outpatient physical therapy musculoskeletal clinic. We treat sports, school, work, & home related injury/pain. Augustine for Health Sciences.

We rehab patients after joint replacement, fractures, & surgical repairs (muscle, ligament, & nerve). Dr. Ladeira received his Entry-Level Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1987 at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. He moved to Canada with a full scholarship to attend graduate school in 1988. In Canada, Dr. Ladeira attended graduate school at the University of Alberta (Edmonton) where he received a Post-Professional Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (1991). At University of Alberta, Dr. Ladeira studied under the advise of Dr. David Magee (PT, PhD) former physical therapist of the Professional Hockey Team Edmonton Oilers and former therapist of the Canadian Olympic Synchronizing Swim Team. Dr. Ladeira received a doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Higher Education with a major in Health Care Education. Dr. Ladeira was a former Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University and the University of St. Dr. Ladeira ventured out of higher education to become an entrepreneur as a clinic owner with the Physical Therapy Now Franchise in Weston Florida. Dr. Ladeira has more than 30 years of clinical experience, he is a former Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association and a current Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. He has publications in the prestigious Journal of Orthopaedic Sports Physical Therapy as well as the Spine journal. Dr. Ladeira believes in Evidence-Based Practice to manage his patients.
