Thank you Stay Classy Prints for co creating with me, and bringing these into fruition.
Stay with me if you will for a small back story…Travis and I have been friends since about 2010.. when both of our lives were quite different.. and maybe a bit more wild!
But, our love for music was one of the things that connected us most…
Travis reached out to see if I had audio of myself playing to add to his screen printing process video..
and then went on a video voyage and found audio from a song I wrote when I was about 19 or 20…
This song is dear to me.
Mountain Mama Medicinals is dear to me.
They are both expressions of my heart…
My way of releasing, and sharing myself…
I feel grateful to share this journey with some amazing friends… and to witness tangible growth..
These sweatshirts are more than a sweatshirt!
It’s a dream, it’s a manifestation, it’s family, it’s friends, community, growth, and GRATITUDE☺️

I love herbal infused honey!
It’s such a SWEET way to receive our plant medicines 🌞
I have never tried mint honey.. but after Susan’s inspiration you bet I will 🐝

Mint Honeys

Fill a jar with fresh mint, best if you cut it fairly fine.
Pour real honey over the herb in the jar.

After you have filled your jar with fresh herb and honey, put a tight lid and a label on it.
Then the hard part: Wait for six or more weeks.

Once your hardy mint honey is ready, you need only scoop a large spoonful of the herb and honey into a cup, fill with boiling water and drink. Wow! Instant herb tea.
