Massage aids in the relaxation and lengthening of tight, restrictive muscles, the breaking down of scar tissue in injured muscles, reducing adhesions (scar tissue), removing toxins from muscles, and increasing overall circulation and nutrient delivery to the associated tissues. All of these amazing benefits help overworked muscles to relax and injured muscles to recover quickly. A Licensed Massage Therapist in private practice with 25 years’ worth of experience in the field of successfully treating chronic pain and preventing injury while working alongside Orthopedic Surgeons, Chiropractors, Spinal medicine Physicians, Acupuncturists, and Physical and occupational therapists. A graduate of the Core Institute for Structural and Integral Bodywork in Tallahassee as well as the Ashford College in Ohio where I attained a BSc in Healthcare Administration. We have managed to establish a strong loyalty with our clientele base which was built on positive reviews and feedback through the years because we make sure to CUSTOMIZE THE TREATMENT SERVICES IN LINE WITH THEIR NEEDS AND GOALS. We’re Always Moving, Always Improving to keep up with the use of the latest technologies that we incorporate in rendering quality massage treatment services that our clients truly deserve.
