We are a team of dedicated therapists specializing in Family Therapy. We offer couples, individual and teen counseling.
We help families work through communication issues, anxiety, depression, trauma & life transitions. Our Mission
Family Therapy Group of Weston was established on the belief that families are the most important factor in our beautiful community. All families are not created the same but all families have the same longing for connection, closeness and understanding. In my 20 year career as a relationship and family therapist, I was given the opportunity to work with hundreds of families from all over the world, what became quite clear to me was that if any of the members of a family unit were struggling then everyone else at home would struggle too. I realized that not only couples needed help to keep their relationship healthy but also if their teens or children were struggling that it would impact the whole family as a whole. This is where the journey began to create a space where every member of a family could be helped. From the moment when you walk into our office, you will be assured that you are in good hands. Every single therapist in our team at Family Therapy Group of Weston has been selected for their specific training and expertise as well as for their non-judgmental and compassionate approach. This is an important key component to our practice, we believe that a therapist what is emotionally attuned to to their needs of their clients is much more effective in helping create the behavior changes that will help families heal and grow. We work together as a team to make sure that our families are treated with the most effective approaches. Thank you for reading about us, we hope that you will allow us to be a part of your journey.

Let’s talk situationships! Situationships can create deep emotional attachment, not because they’re healthy, but because they’re unclear.
Limerence feeds on uncertainty, mixed signals, and emotional withholding. Understanding the pattern can help you step out of it — gently, not all at once.
What part of situationships feels hardest to break away from?

For our tiny clients that have BIG feelings, emotional regulation sometimes looks like losing a game (and learning it’s okay) 🎲

Community mornings like this mean everything to us.
Yesterday’s Rotary Club of Weston Run for Tomorrow brought so many people together, and we loved being a part of it. Our team showed up to support, connect, cheer people on, and share a little joy before and after the run.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our table, said hi, or took a moment to connect. 🤍
