We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mountain Trail Rides for hosting our very first equine-facilitated sessions as part of our participants’ final Intensive Outpatient Program session.
Our participants had an incredible experience learning and practicing grounding techniques, emotional regulation, and self-awareness in such a unique and supportive environment. Through hands-on activities like preparing their horses to ride, working together as a team during the trail ride, and building meaningful connections with their equine partners, they gained valuable skills that will stay with them beyond the program.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and provide such a powerful and memorable experience for those we serve! Mountain Trail Rides Horseback Riding & More
