Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, President & CEO of the Urban League of Broward County, reminded us that leadership isn't about position—it's about presence, courage, and how we show up for ourselves and others.

She left us with an acronym for "Bossy" that we've adapted for our WLB women: Leading Bossy. That's the energy we're carrying forward.
