We are so grateful Katy Meagher, WLB alumna and President & CEO of Neighbors 4 Neighbors, joined us last week for Session 2 to share her authentic journey in branding and personal mission.

Katy embodies what it means to lead with authenticity—challenging fear, embracing vulnerability, and showing our Class XIII cohort what's possible when you lead from your core values. Her presence reminded us that true leadership isn't about perfection; it's about showing up as your genuine self.

To our leading ladies who continue to inspire us: thank you for modeling courage, authenticity, and the power of evolving together. 🌟

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere—and especially the remarkable women in our Women Leading Broward community.

To every woman who shows up authentically, leads boldly, and lifts others as she rises: we see you. We celebrate you.

This sisterhood we've built together is proof of what happens when women support women. From navigating leadership challenges to discovering our authentic voices, we're evolving together and making real impact in our workplaces and communities.

Thank you for your courage. Thank you for your vision. Thank you for being part of this movement.

Here's to women leading boldly, today and every day. đź’ś

A few days ago, I had the honor of attending the 27th Annual Rotary Run Sponsor Recognition Breakfast! It was inspiring to celebrate the partnerships, hard work, and community impact that make the Rotary Club of Weston Run for Tomorrow such a standout event.

Over its 27-year history, the Run for Tomorrow & Family Health and Fitness Festival has become the City of Weston's largest and most engaging community event—raising over $2 million for local charities, nonprofit organizations, and the Rotary Foundation.

This success is only possible because of the dedication of the Rotarians and the generous support from sponsors and civic partners, who work together to enhance lives throughout our community.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support this meaningful cause. Our collective efforts truly make a difference!

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Loud Women Nation event with my NAWBO South FLorida sisters, and it was truly transformational. From powerful moments of reflection to music that moved us, laughter that connected us, and conversations that reminded us of the impact we're here to make — every moment was meaningful.

There is something so powerful about being surrounded by women who are bold, visionary, and committed to leading with authenticity. The energy in that room was undeniable.
Thank you, Adriana, for creating such an unforgettable experience and for bringing together a community of women ready to grow, rise, and lead loudly. đź’›

Our Class XIII women just dove deep into Personal Mission & Branding—exploring how our values, mission, and authentic selves align to create a powerful leadership presence.

We discovered that branding isn't about perfection; it's about alignment. When our values, mission, and behavior are in sync, the world sees our true leadership. And networking? That's where this alignment becomes beautifully visible.

As we craft our mission statements, we're not just defining who we are—we're declaring who we choose to become. This is where the real work of evolving leaders begins.

Thank you to our incredible Class XIII for showing up authentically and doing the deep work. đź’ś

Ginger Martin, our incredible Leading Lady and WLB founder, graced our Class XIII session with her powerful story and wisdom.

Her journey of perseverance, her compelling why, and her courage to climb her own mountains reminded us that leadership isn't about the destination—it's about the climb itself.

Ginger's legacy lives in every woman who walks through our doors, inspired by her example of authenticity, resilience, and purpose. We are deeply grateful to have such a visionary leading the way and lighting the path for all of us evolving leaders.

Thank you, Ginger, for believing in us and showing us what's possible. đź’ś

What an incredible gathering! Our Women Leading Broward book club recently came together to dive deep into Brené Brown's "The Gifts of Imperfection."

In this powerful space, we embraced our vulnerabilities and authenticity—discovering that our imperfections are actually our greatest gifts. We learned to let go of self-doubt, show up boldly as we are, and share our unique gifts with the world.

This is what true community looks like: women supporting women, growing together, and celebrating the beautiful, imperfect journey of leadership.
