Angela brings a rich background in working with children and families, grounded in Bowen’s Family Systems Theory—a model that helps clients understand how family patterns shape who we are and how we connect with others. She believes healing happens when we understand our place in the bigger picture—and she’s here to help families do just that. 🧩💬

She’s certified in TF-CBT, trained in play therapy techniques (yes—sand tray, art, and therapeutic games included!), CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to every session. 🎨🧸

⭐️Bonus: Trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 &2) which helps her support kids with a deep understanding of the whole family system. ❤️

Born in Vegas, rooted in Florida, Angela is bilingual in Spanish & English and comes from a big, vibrant family (16 first cousins kind of big!). When she’s not supporting clients, she’s out on a nature trail, playing games with loved ones, or turning everyday moments into something special. 🌳🎲🎉
