If you have Netflix, The Social Dilemma is worth a watch. Social Media and Youtube, as well as screen time are significant factors in the increased mental health problems in children, teens and adults. These things are addictive like a drug. The significant mental health issues that have increased dramatically include anxiety, depression, self harm, and su***de. Think you are not addicted? Give it up completely for 3 weeks and see what happens.
