Sheng Zhen Healing is a form practiced seated on a chair. There are 3 Stages of Sheng Zhen Healing. Each stage has 10 movements which create relaxation and an opening in the body allowing healing energy to pe*****te deep into the cells to repair and strengthen the immune system. This practice is beneficial for all, but is especially important for those with cancer or other serious illnesses.
