Thank you to my friend for letting me demonstrate NAET muscle testing- even while on vacation🤍

In kinesiology muscle testing, we apply gentle pressure to a muscle while the body is exposed to a stimulus (like a food). A weakened response can indicate stress or sensitivity within the nervous system.

The body always communicates… we just have to ask the right way. 🌿

Realign by Randee will be attending this amazing event to help raise awareness for su***de prevention and mental health. Randee will be available to share information and answer questions about NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) and posture therapy. In addition, there will be other various venders and practitioners. This event will take place in the Country Isles Plaza in Weston at the location of Family Therapy Group of Weston from 8am-1pm. We hope to see you there!

I love this exercise from an alignment perspective because it works on stabilizing the hip muscles. It loads the foot, ankle, knee, and hip joints therefore, the surrounding muscles and fascia activate creating a kinetic chain. Independent work of each leg is important for walking and running. This exercise helps improve balance and overall posture alignment which can be a part of relieving pain.
