My dads birthday was yesterday and it was a gentle reminder of his passing.

We all have a story about caregiving, some positive some not so positive, but the thing I really appreciate is how everyone I know who is in this position is showing up or has shown up.

We are all navigating this new sea of caring for our elders and loved ones like never before. I was there for both parents and now with my husbands parents. It is this experience that has inspired me to combine two of my skills, Functional Medicine Coaching and Integrative Mindful Practices to create Prepare to Care(give) Coaching.

I will be posting more content and hope to connect with like minded people who I can support and can support me.
