πŸ‘ 🫐 πŸ“ Peach, Strawberry & Blueberry cobbler with oat streusel πŸ‘ 🫐 πŸ“ Super quick, easy & flexible dessert, use whatever frozen fruit combo you like for smoothies. Mix ~2.5 c frozen fruit with 1/4 c Demerara sugar, lemon zest & arrowroot. For the streusel combine oats, coconut oil, 1/4 c brown sugar, cinnamon & sliced almonds if using. Bake at 350 for an hour or until bubbly. Serve warm with pure vanilla ice cream 🀩
