This beautiful patient in her late sixties underwent a SMAS facelift less than two years ago by another surgeon. She was unhappy with her early return of jowling and wrinkles. I performed an extended deep-plane facelift, deep neck lift, brow reset, fat grafting, and full-face CO2 laser. These procedures cleaned up her jawline, lifted her cheek fat pad back into her cheek, restored her natural volume, improved her neck contour and significantly improved her skin quality. She looks natural and refreshed. Never "done".

Before and after rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip deprojection. Elegant, but not stylized. That's what the patient wanted and that's what we achieved!

This beautiful patient is two months out from her extended deep plane facelift, deep necklift, fat grafting, and lateral brow lift. We restored the contour of her jawline by lifting the jowl and turning up the corners of her mouth. She looks less "heavy" and refreshed without looking "done". Our goal is for you to look good, not done.

Could not ask for a happier patient two months from his otoplasty. A short, outpatient procedure means that patients go home right after surgery. Tylenol is all most patients need for their recovery. Dressings come off in one week and patients wear a headband at night for one month.

This beautiful patient underwent an extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty. I am in love with her smooth and defined jawline and crisp neck. She is only 2 months out in these photos so there is still swelling in her neck that will improve. I can't show you her midface and eyes, but she looks bright and refreshed with restored fullness in her cheeks and no more eyelid bags. I can't wait to see her for her next follow-up!

This beautiful patient is two months out from her extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, fat grafting, lip lift, and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing. The goal is always a natural, harmoneus result which may require different things for different people. In this case, a lip lift was the icing on the cake to balance her facial proportions.

Some skin cancer reconstructions are small and some are big. No matter the size, the goal is to make the reconstruction and scar imperceptible. While over 95% of our skin cancer reconstruction is done in the office under local anesthesia, sometimes (like in this case) a trip to the OR is necessary for a safe, successful result.

This beautiful patient is 5 weeks out from her extended deep plane facelift, necklift, and fat grafting. She been gracious enough to share her recovery to help demystify the process and give you a peek into what to expect after surgery.

The alar rim, or edge of the nostril, is one of the most difficult parts of the nose to reconstruct. In this case, I used skin from the cheek and cartilage from the ear to reconstruct the nose. This is a 2-stage procedure, but gives the best possible result. Swipe right to see what we did! (surgical photo).

This patient had a Mohs procedure to remove a skin cancer of her cheek and nose. I performed her reconstruction the same day in the comfort of our office under local anesthesia. If you want the best possible result, you need the best team. I am so lucky to work with the talented Mohs surgeons at to take care of our patients! Result after 5 months.

The central lip is probably the most difficult area to reconstruct due to the complex anatomy. This patient underwent Mohs surgery to remove a skin cancer of her lip followed by immediate reconstruction in the office under local anesthesia. Here she is about 6 weeks after her reconstruction.

This beautiful patient had upper eyelid surgery in the past which over the years had resulted in asymmetry with bulging fat and extra skin. A short, 45-minute procedure later we restored her symmetry by removing the bulging fat and creating symmetric lid creases.
Aftercare is just as important as the surgery itself, so every cosmetic patient who has surgery with us is started on a post-operative scar protocol to minimize visible scarring.
