Join us for CT Save a Life Day in Westport on April 8, 2026 from 6-7 PM at the Westport Library, with a free Narcan training opportunity for community members. This training will cover how to prevent and recognize an overdose, along with how to properly administer Narcan. Attendees will receive free Narcan kits and additional resources. These Session are open to ages 18 and up. Please RSVP to secure your spot.

Teen Nights Out is back and it’s happening tomorrow! Join us for a free, substance-free Teen Nights Out Creative Hangout on Friday, March 27th from 7:00–9:30 PM at The Norwalk Art Space (455 West Avenue).

Enjoy board games, an open mic, art stations, and free pizza in a fun, welcoming space to relax, get creative, and connect with other teens.

Please note: This event is only open to high school students who live in Norwalk, whether you attend BMHS/CGS, NHS/P-TECH, or live in Norwalk but attend another high school. Don’t miss it!

In this group, people can share difficult thoughts and feelings around suicidal ideation / experience or self harm without being assumed to have an illness and without fear of involuntary intervention. Our group meets virtually via Zoom, every Tuesday night.
